Message: The 2020 USMRA Scholarship Committee has completed review of this year’s applications. We had the opportunity to see first hand young adults who have distinguished themselves by their pursuit of excellence and their willingness to serve their communities. All the applicants were outstanding and evaluating their packets was an exceptionally challenging task. All are very deserving of an award, though only two may be selected.

And so, after due consideration of the applications, the USMRA Scholarship Committee has selected Ms. Ashlynne G. Waters, daughter of Ranger Jeffrey Waters, and Ms. Noelle Head, granddaughter of Ranger Chuck Windham, as the recipients for 2020. Each will receive a $2000 scholarship award.

The 2020 USMRA Scholarship Committee wishes to thank the membership for allowing us to serve in this capacity.

Rangers Lead the Way!

Respectfully submitted:

Ranger Bob Bischoff

Ranger J.D. Kirby

Message: It is with sadness that I write that Earl Singletary passed away on April 7, 2020. Another Ranger down but not forgotten. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to Covid. Burial arrangements will be coordinated with Arlington Cemetery and a date will be announced when they give us a date.
