Posted: 02/10/2025 Name: tom wilburn Message: We placed a floral arrangement on 07 Feb 25 at the entrance to the DFAC on Camp Merrill along with a trifold display of Jimmies obituary, the Ranger Creed, and a short tribute honoring his legacy. Shey, the current DFAC manager knew Jimmie and his wife and was very helpful in placing this tribute display where all who enters the DFAC can see it and honor Jimmies' legacy. He was buried today (10 Feb 25) in Wallace, N.C. He will always be remembered for his professionalism, willingness to help others, and dedication to Rangers! |

He took me under his wing and littery showed me the ropes. I'll never forget him. His Wisdom, Honestly, and Superior Leadership skills impressed me tremendously. RLTW, RIP! |

I was at visitation today, and realized his "reach" to so many across his lifetime was immense. His family, Church family, Law enforcement family, friends and Ranger family were all there to honor his legacy. He will be missed by all, especially his Ranger family. |
