I am encouraged that he is doing those things necessary to get back on his feet and get well. It will just take some time and rest, but we will hopefully see Steve back to his regular duties soon. Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: Mike Keohane Message: Went to my seafood store and ordered 4.5 pounds of medium size shrimp for Wednesday. Then to the local market for 42 ounces of Smithfield Spicy Andouille Sausage. Some onions. green peppers, celery. rice and my secret spices completed my shopping. The shrimp will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday and I will make the shrimp stock that afternoon. I will put the whole thing together Thursday afternoon at the Overhang. Come early and you might learn my secrets. |
